The service of a Sales Agent / Product Marketer is needed to secure regular, weekly buyers across 100 product categories, including fruits, bakery goods, baby products, pet food, and more. This role is all about consistency. With your help and expertise, the company’s buyers must purchase weekly, not occasionally.
Main Activities:
- Identify and maintain consistent buyers across all 100 product categories.
- Ensure each category reaches a minimum weekly sales target of GHS 2,500.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers.
- Important: Failure to meet the minimum sales target in the first week will result in contract termination.
Requirements:
- Option 1: Master’s degree in any business field with 2 years proven experience.
- Option 2: Bachelor’s degree in any business field with 5 years proven experience.
- Preference will be given to females holding a Master’s degree with 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must be responsive via email for further instructions.
Compensation: A fixed monthly salary of GHS 5,000.
