A founder-led, nine-figure e-commerce travel brand is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO for a fully remote, full-time position. The role offers a monthly salary of $3,000–$4,000, depending on experience, and a potential career path into a Chief of Staff or operations leadership role.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, task list and follow-ups. Duties also include tracking requests in ClickUp, preparing meeting briefs, documenting action points, monitoring deadlines and providing daily and weekly updates.
The role also involves using AI tools such as Claude to support research, drafting, summarising and automation.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- At least four years of experience as an executive assistant, founder’s assistant or senior virtual assistant supporting a founder, CEO or senior executive.
- Experience building and managing task-tracking systems; ClickUp is strongly preferred.
- Strong organisation, initiative and follow-through.
- E-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience is preferred, with nine-figure brand experience considered ideal.
- Availability during US Eastern business hours and the ability to respond to urgent matters during evenings or weekends.
