Scope
The Hospitality Manager will primarily be responsible for increasing patronage of the facilities whilst building & maintaining relationships with guests and influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the facilities.
- Respond to client queries and requests and ensure security & emergency procedures are always in place.
- Report any maintenance work required to the appropriate department promptly.
- Perform general accounting and budgeting tasks when required.
- Supervise employee performance and assign tasks.
- Coordinate with private chefs and near- by restaurants for all orders.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop online contents and campaigns.
- Conduct and document regular facility inspections and update inventory.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field with
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the same or similar role. Have exceptional
- Excellent knowledge of standard hospitality or facility management practices and procedures is preferred.
- Good leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent networking, interpersonal relation, and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and work alone with little or no supervision
- Strong proficiency in Office Suite
