As the RM, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Overseeing food and beverage service, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
