Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited is excited to announce that job applications are now open for a list of positions.

Open Positions:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
3-5 years’ experience in a beverage or FMCG manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of production systems, packaging equipment and processes
Effective resource management skills.
Strong people management, leadership, and motivational ability.
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) methodologies.
Experience in leading improvement projects (ITFs/PIPs).

Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).
Have at least 5 years of working expertise in utilities engineering/maintenance within manufacturing, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of utilities systems operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
Proven experience in energy efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
Proven people management and leadership skills.

Minimum of HND or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a manutacturing or industrial environment.
Exposure to FMCG or beverage production equipment preferred.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults eficiently
Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 4 years’ experience in electrical and automation maintenance, preferably within FMCG, beverages, or process manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, industrial networks, and electrical distribution.
Experience with packaging line automation will be an advantage.
Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead and develop a technical team.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
