The Lapaz Community Hospital is inviting job applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Medical Doctors
- Hold an MBChB or its equivalent in the relevant field
- Have five years and above post-qualification as Medical Doctor
- Be a qualified Medical Doctor duly registered by the Ghana Medical and Dental Council
2. Hospital Administrators
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 5 years and above as Hospital Administrator:
3. Registered Nurses and Midwives
- Valid PIN from Nurses & Midwifery Council
- Experience in the theatre, Emergency Unit is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience

4. Radiographers
- BSc or B-Tech in Radiography
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience as a Radiographer with experience in different imaging modalities such as CT scans, MRI,
- Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
5. Sonographers
- BSc in Sonography with Valid PIN
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Registration with the Allied Health Professional Council
6. Procurement Officer
- HND / Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Procurement Officer, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Deputy Laboratory Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BSc Med. Lab. Sci.).
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s in Health Science (MHSA)
- At least 7 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Expertise in Chemical Pathology /Clinical Chemistry.
