1. Events & Logistics Officer
- Assist in the development and implementation of event strategies and marketing campaigns in line with brand goals.
- Coordinate all phases of event planning, overseeing the logistics of event equipment, materials including transportation, storage, setup and dismantling of equipment.
- Prepare event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with related teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional activities around events.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for employees involved in events.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for logistical or operational issues during events, resolving challenges swiftly and promptly.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare detailed reports to inform future improvements.
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years experience in event planning, logistics coordination, or marketing support roles preferably in food and beverage or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of event management principles and logistics coordination.
2. Systems Administrator
- Ensure accurate inventory acceptance and validate all incoming stock records.
- Monitor Bill of Materials (BoM) compliance to control costs and maintain quality.
- Verify and reconcile petty cash postings in the system.
- Audit sales and material movement entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate discrepancies between system records and physical inventory.
- Train and support branch staff on system use and data entry standards.
- Conduct periodic system audits to ensure compliance.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (F&B/retail/hospitality preferred).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
3. Public Relations & Copywriter
- Build and maintain media and influencer relations to secure positive coverage.
- Create brand-aligned content across all channels.
- Monitor public sentiment, handle inquiries, and manage crises.
- Execute PR strategies to support marketing goals.
- Report on media performance and campaign impact.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Jouralism, Marketing or related field.
- 2 to 4 years’ PR, media relations, or copywriting experience.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- High media landscape knowledge.
- Creative, detail-oriented and brand-focused.
- Experience with content/media tools is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. IT Hardware Infrastructure Officer
- Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems across all branch locations
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot internet routers, modems, and switches.
- Provide POS system support, fault diagnosis, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Configure and maintain biometric attendance devices, ensuring accurate HR data.
- Manage printer fleet, network settings, and supplies.
- Maintain and update self-service kiosks for optimal performance.
Qualification:
- HND/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Have at least 2 years’ technical support experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills in CCTV systems and networking hardware.
- Experience with POS and printer hardware support
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
5. Graphic Designer
- Turn marketing briefs into impactful visual concepts.
- Design diverse assets (social media print packaging presentations).
- Ensure brand guideline compliance and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with copywriters for engaging layouts.
- Optimize designs for digital and print.
- Refine work based on feedback.
- Report on visual content performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative works.
- Knowledge of social media & digital design trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail & strong communication skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
6. Variance Analyst
- Monitor costs, wastage, leakages, and piferage in all branches.
- Analyse voids, discounts, complimentary sales, and promotions in POS.
- Verify menu pricing and ensure correct entries in the system
- Track cost of sales and ensure alignment with budgets.
- Identify and recommend improvements to operational controls.
You should have:
- Prepare and share weekly revenue and cost reports with management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (F&B/retail/hospitality preferred).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
