The Vacancies:

1. Bartender (Local Hire)

  • Have an excellent understanding of food in general, ingredients and preparations to ensure the right drinks, cocktails and spirit can be recommended.
  • Have an excellent understanding of classic cocktails, their recipes and history.
  • Have an excellent understanding of today’s cocktail trends as well as spirits and liqueurs. 
  • Be able to control stocks, produce efficient costing of cocktails and spirits as well as perform excellent recommendations to guests.

2. Personal Assistant To The Manager

  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a discreet and confidential manner
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • International etiquette and Problem-solving skills

3. Head Hostess

  • Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.
  • Report guest complaints immediately to the supervisors and ensuring follow up is performed with the guest.

4. Sales Person (Local Hire)

  • Solicit existing and potential customers and follow up established accounts on regular basis by phone, by correspondence or by personal contact.
  • Set up appointments and make personal sales calls, telemarketing and site inspections to all existing and potential accounts from corporate commercial accounts. 
  • Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superior.

5. Spa Manager 

  • To perform treatments 
  • To oversee the spa, have a clear understanding of, and to always work in line with, all related standards, core values, visions and goals of Spa. 
  • Provide a service that is responsible, continuous, spontaneous, personal and genuine. This requires a very high level of communication and social skills to take responsibility for the whole team. 
  • Actively contributing in and directing all meetings as necessary.
