- 5 Years practical experience in the field.

- Proficient in building operation electrical repair and maintenance plus basic knowledge of other building operations skill set.
- The ability to use all general repair tools, read shop drawings and specifications and make rough estimates of required materials.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in general maintenance or a related field, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
4. Learning And Development Coordinator
- Tertiary education from a reputable institution.
- Specialization in Human Resources Development / Education is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry.
- Facilitation and presentation skills for small and big group training sessions across all levels of colleagues an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word).
