AgroCrown West Africa Company Limited is looking for a proactive and results-driven to fill the vacancy: Marketing Officer. In this role, the role holder will be at the forefront of driving the brand, expanding market reach, and promoting product adoption across our target regions. This position involves active fieldwork, attending marketing activations, dealer engagements, and other promotional events, so you’ll be on the move quite a bit.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that reach dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.
- Coordinate and participate in regional marketing events, product demos, and activations.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
- Ensure AgroCrown’s brand identity is consistent across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in the agrochemical or agricultural sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like social media, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to support field marketing activities.
