Key Outputs:
- Produce high quality, accurate, timely and compliant financial information
- Define and execute key financial policies
- Manage company chart of accounts
- Owner of process and solution ensuring compliance to amend chart of accounts information
- Ensure Country operates within Chart of Authority
- Manage group balance sheet (non-operational)
- Deliver statutory reporting requirements
- Prepare Annual Financial Statements and manage interface with VGL and Group Office
- Accounting and cost control (including recharges)
- Provide the FP&A team with board and statutory reporting requirements
- Support finance staff across the country, developing relevant long-term capability through coaching and training
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
- CA / CIMA / MBA or additional relevant qualifications advantageous
- 3 – 5 years relevant financial experience
- Experience managing policies and the chart of accounts
- SAP FI (or similar) experience
- Strong knowledge on statutory requirements
Excellent verbal / analytical reasoning ability
