General Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Human Resource Management or any related field.
- Minimum five (5) years in a similar position with 2 years in a senior position (head of department or team lead).
- Proficient knowledge of HR functions and its best practices.
- Be familiar with labour laws and regulations.
- Strong solutions focus and ability to identify problems and drive solutions
