We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Specialist to help us turn our platform into an engaging and intuitive product, while also having an eye for clean designs, business requirements, platform performance, and technical requirements.
In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems, understand business requirements, communicate with developers, as well as transforming these solutions into beautiful and intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems
- Research best practices
- Manage business and users’ needs
- Deliver concepts and user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and A/B testing
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Requirements
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field, or relevant work experience in these fields
- Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Ability to understand technical constraints and collaborate with developers to optimize improvements to improve the user experience; some level of technical skills and experience a plus
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (Adobe XD and/or Figma)
- Proficiency in Adobe design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)
- Strong English communication skills (writing, speaking, listening) to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Great attention to details
- Team spirit
- Good time-management skills
