We are currently seeking a well experienced and and talented Caterer to join a Food Court, Philip & Rita’s Fast Food.
Once your qualifications are confirmed, you will be hired to start work effectively immediately.
Job Functions:
- Cooking and presenting high-quality meals (both Ghanaian and continental meals)
- Preparing baked goods such as meat pie, cake and chips
- In charge of ensuring that all foods are prepared and served in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee other staff members such as cooking assistants to ensure smooth running operations at the food joint.
- Communicate politely and nicely with clients to understand their needs in order to provide exceptional services
Eligible Candidates:
- Must be willing to work for long hours
- Extensive working experience in the field is a big advantage
- If you do not live in Sefwi Wiawso, you should be willing to relocate
- You should be skilled in preparing both local and continental dishes
- In addition, candidates need to be good at baking pastries
- It is a MUST to have Formal education or training in a catering school
- The idea person should be creative and have the ability to design visually appealing foods for customers
