Guinness Ghana Breweries Plc is inviting qualified professionals to apply for two positions in its Legal and Commercial functions. Both roles are based in Achimota, Accra, and require candidates with relevant professional experience.
Vacant Positions At Guinness
The Assistant Legal Counsel will provide legal and commercial support across the business, including contracts, regulatory matters, corporate governance and litigation.
Requirements:
- Qualified and licensed to practise law in Ghana
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial law and contract management background
- Excellent legal research, drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to provide practical legal advice and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The Sales Performance Manager will use sales and commercial data to support performance tracking, reporting and business decisions across the organisation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Market Research or FMCG
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, EDGE or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of sales processes, distributor management and route-to-market principles
