PM Renaissance is announcing a work opening for the positions of Retail Associates. The incumbents will primarily be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Head of Retail / Operations to create an engaging guest experience, drive results, engage operational processes including opening and closing of the studio, filing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

Provide assistance to the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Studio Team.
Support and reinforce a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to guests.
Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining guests as top priority.
Act as a liaison between the Head of Operations, production and studio teams.
Support and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to meet all customer needs.
Manage and process all transactions accurately and efficiently and achieve sales targets.
Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration-Marketing, Finance, Accounting and other relevant fields.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in MS Office Suites, (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Must be analytical and detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
