Akka Kappa is seeking a professional and approachable person to take up the Front Desk & Client Service Executive job in Accra, Ghana. The successful candidate will welcome visitors, manage telephone enquiries and provide administrative support to the team.
This role suits an experienced customer service professional who communicates clearly, handles clients confidently and maintains a positive, professional attitude in a busy office.
What You Will Do
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
- Answering calls through the company’s main hotline.
- Responding to client enquiries professionally.
- Handling administrative tasks and supporting team members.
- Creating a positive first impression through excellent client service.
Your Profile
- A bachelor’s degree with First Class or Second Class Upper Honours.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in customer service, communications, hospitality, front desk operations or a similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
