Stallion Tiger Security is excited to announce a new job opening in Accra, Ghana. The company is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team. If you have strong collection experience, good references, and a background in finance, they would love to hear from you.
Minimum Requirements
- First Degree or HND in Finance or a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in collections, preferably in a high-volume consumer environment
- Experience in credit management is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good reporting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate aged debt reports
- Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and manage WHT certificates
Debt Recovery & Collections
- Follow up proactively on overdue accounts
- Escalate long-outstanding payments when necessary
- Negotiate repayment plans
- Monitor customer payment patterns
Customer Relationship Management
- Resolve invoice and payment disputes
- Communicate payment terms clearly to clients
- Maintain positive relationships while enforcing credit policies
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly collection reports
- Identify slow-paying accounts and bad debt trends
- Support cash flow forecasting
Compliance & Documentation
- Follow company credit policies and regulatory standards
- Keep accurate and organized records
- Ensure correct VAT and tax treatment on invoices
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with sales, finance, and legal teams
- Support audits and external reporting
- Advise management on credit risks
- Suggest improvements to strengthen credit control processes
