The Openings
You will work closely with a senior executive as a trusted strategic partner, supporting the leadership of key organisational areas such as revenue growth, people management, financial oversight, and customer experience. In this role, you will stay ahead of priorities, handle confidential and high-level communications with discretion, coordinate with both internal teams and external partners, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive’s office so that strategic goals are executed effectively.

The incumbent will manage the day-to-day sourcing of goods, services, and works. This includes requesting and reviewing proposals, quotations, and bids, carefully evaluating submissions, and making well-informed recommendations. All procurement activities will be carried out in line with existing policies and standard operating procedures.

Provide hands-on expertise in TRAX eMRO to clean up existing data and properly configure the system so it becomes the central platform for all maintenance and engineering activities. Work closely with the IT team to integrate TRAX eMRO with the organisation’s financial and HR systems.
Ensure that TRAX eMRO is fully updated with accurate data for RwandAir’s fleet and that each aircraft’s configuration in the system correctly reflects the actual aircraft. Set up and maintain the fleet’s maintenance programmes in TRAX eMRO to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

4. Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering
S/he leads the HRBP function and provides strategic, high-quality HR support across all RwandAir business units. The role ensures that HR initiatives are closely aligned with the airline’s transformation goals, organisational priorities, and overall people strategy.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the role supports effective workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, performance management, and people-related governance. The Senior Manager also plays a key role in embedding the HR operating model and strengthening HR’s contribution to business outcomes.
