There is a new job vacancy At Jospong Group of Companies. The Office of the Executive Chairman is seeking a highly organized and professional Protocol Officer to support executive engagements, VIP visits, and high-level meetings while ensuring smooth coordination, proper protocol, and excellent stakeholder experience in line with Jospong Group standards.

Reports To: Head of Secretariat – Office of the Executive Chairman

Business Unit: Executive Chairman’s Office / Secretariat

Locations: HEAD OFFICE, NMAI DJORN, ACCRA, PMB 117, MADINA , ASHALEY BOTWE, GH (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Protocol & Executive Engagements

  • Coordinate Executive Chairman meetings, visits, and official engagements
  • Receive and manage VIPs, delegations, and stakeholders
  • Ensure proper protocol, introductions, seating, and ceremonial arrangements
  • Prepare itineraries, briefing notes, and engagement programmes

Event & Logistics Coordination

  • Organize transport, accommodation, venue setup, and other logisticsLiaise with internal teams and external partners before engagements
  • Supervise on-ground execution of events and visits
  • Maintain records of official engagements

Secretariat Support

  • Prepare meeting materials and engagement packs
  • Assist with follow-ups from meetings and visits
  • Maintain protocol documentation and engagement logs
  • Work closely with Secretariat Cluster Leads

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the professional link between the Executive Chairman’s Office and visitors
  • Coordinate with government agencies, corporate partners, and external stakeholders
  • Uphold Jospong Group’s corporate image and standards at all times

Requirements & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, International Relations, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in protocol, administration, executive support, or corporate affairs
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Professional etiquette and executive presence
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of event coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, and Microsoft Office
