Key Responsibilities
- Handle priority calls, VIP enquiries and complex customer complaints.
- Serve as the first escalation point for challenging customer cases.
- Coach and support customer service agents to improve call quality and service delivery.
- Monitor call queues, service levels and daily performance reports.
- Coordinate with airport services, concierge and chauffeur teams.
- Support staff training, onboarding and continuous service improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with data protection and quality standards.

Criteria
- At least a high school certificate or an equivalent higher qualification.
- Previous experience working in a contact centre.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to handle challenging situations professionally and support team performance.
