Hubtel Ghana presents an employment slot. A talented UX Designer (User Experience & Marketing) – Accra, Greater Accra is needed. It is a full time termed Mid-level title.
You will be hired as part of the UX Design Management Program and your continuous presence at Hubtel will be based on the success of this program.
The incumbent will be working on design problems (user frustrations) from beginning to end, from brainstorming with stakeholders and other team members, prototyping ideas and designing the look and feel of our various interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with designers in the UX team to develop and expand product design methods
- Develop sketches, wireframes, prototypes, designs, or code
- Consider all parts of the experience, from copy to user psychology when designing
- Conduct user research to obtain an understanding of user’s expectations
- Implement methods to measure user experience effectiveness
Candidate Requirements:
- Great experience with design applications such as Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Must have a personal laptop.
