• Conceptualize, organize and deliver new business presentations.
• Lead transaction implementation across industry groups.
• Manage, educate and develop analysts and associates.
• Develop marketing and new business presentations.
• Monitor financial analysis and modeling.

• Perform and analyze industry research.
• Create client presentations, proposals, engagement letters, term sheets, legal agreements, and offer memorandums.
• Coordinate internal resources and train and develop junior resources.
• Create and foster client relationships.
• Prioritise objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
• Work with management to develop human resources policies and procedures that comply with government regulations.
• Prepare executive briefing materials such as memos and reports for meetings with staff or clients.
• All other duties as may be assigned

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance experience with about 3 years in a managerial role
• Must have at least a Masters degree in any business-related course. A post-graduate degree or a professional certification in any business-related course is a plus
• A qualification from the Ghana Investments and Securities Institute (GISI)
• Good understanding of Ghanaian and international capital markets
• Develop debt capacity and build financial valuation models for projects

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills, including demonstrated knowledge of various valuation techniques and practices
• Ability to effectively operate in a team
• Well-developed organizational skills in order to respond to shifting priorities on multiple projects
• Demonstrated job commitment, as well as personal flexibility and adaptability required to meet client needs
