They are seeking driven, passionate, and experienced Managers to join them. The ideal person should possess in-depth knowledge and relevant hands on skillset in the role, as well as strong leadership skills.
1. Category Manager
The CM will:
- Develop and implement category strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends, competitor products, and pricing to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Monitor market dynamics, including consumer preferences, industry trends, and regulatory changes, and adjust category strategies accordingly.
- Manage product assortment, including assortment planning, selection, and optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional plans to drive category sales and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of products and suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including sales representatives and marketing managers, to ensure the successful execution of category strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
A master’s degree is a plus. - Proven experience in category management or related roles, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to analyse profitability and sales data.

2. Brand Manager
As the BM, you will:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action*
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROl and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
A master’s degree is a plus. - Proven experience in developing brands and marketing strategies, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to analyse profitability and sales data.
