Major Work:
- Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify market opportunities and key accounts for expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams for peak performance.
- Set and monitor sales targets and team progress.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities.

Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- MBA is an added advantage.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry - Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and goals. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory occasionally nationally or internationally.
