This programme is designed to provide recent graduates with valuable skills, practical experience, and mentorship opportunities to kickstart their careers and contribute meaningfully to our organization.
Summary:
BCM’s Graduate Trainee Program is designed to train and develop Engineering Graduate who can meet the highest Standards of the leading civil and mining contracting services provider.
Qualification:
- Applicants must have Engineering Background i.e. BS, HD (Electrical, Mechanical and Mining Eng.)
- Must have completed National Service
- Previous internship in the mining industry will be an added advantage
- Must be computer literate especially with MS Word, MS Excel, and the internet.
Responsibilities:
This is a challenging program that will require you to work long hours in a “hands on” position under conditions that are sometimes remote and challenging.
