Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
- Type correspondence, reports, labels, contracts, as directed
- Manage the conference rooms
- Executive floor maintenance
- Process orders for amenities (supplies, paper and pantry supplies) and serve as the main contact for vendors and ensure that they are escorted on the floor at all times
- Managing calendars and planning travel
- Arranging / scheduling complex meetings
