What You Will Do:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and other senior staff members
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule and follow up on appointments with donors.
- Assist with special projects, organise activities of the foundation and other duties as assigned.
- Create and coordinate content population on website and social media Channels etc.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with all stakeholders and partners of the foundation.
