A video of Stonebwoy and Sarkodie’s teams in a tense situation at this year’s Tidal Rave Festival has caused a lot of talks on social media.
Stonebwoy’s team confirmed they were patient even though they arrived early. While they waited, other artists, including KiDi and Joey B, occupied Stonebwoy’s allocated performance time.
Stonebwoy finally took the stage around 1:27 AM, with a planned performance of 45 to 50 minutes. According to details from Stonebwoy’s camp, just 30 minutes into his set, Sarkodie’s crew, led by DJ Mensah, interrupted Stonebwoy’s performance by instructing his DJ to stop, abruptly ending the performance.
Many have complained about how program organizers poorly manage time during shows like this.
The festival featured other big names like Samini, Joey B, Kidi, Lasmid, Efya Nokturnal, R2bees and many others.
