Tutu Luxury is hiring for a Booking and Reservations Officer job in Accra. This is a full-time hybrid role, with some work carried out on-site.
The position is suited to an experienced professional who can manage several bookings at once, communicate confidently with clients and keep schedules running smoothly. Experience serving VIP, executive or high-profile clients will be particularly useful.
What You Need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in reservations or booking management
- Experience in luxury hospitality, executive transportation or a similar service environment
- Strong communication, organization and customer service skills
- The ability to manage complicated schedules and multiple bookings accurately
- A professional record and verifiable clean background
- Good judgment, reliability and attention to detail

What the Job Involves
The successful applicant will oversee day-to-day reservations and make sure clients receive timely and professional assistance. This includes handling new bookings, changes, cancellations and special requests.
You will also keep reservation records up to date, coordinate schedules with the operations team and work with vendors to ensure services are delivered as planned. The role includes monitoring vehicles in real time and following up with clients after their service to collect feedback.
The officer will also prepare reports covering booking activity, customer satisfaction and service quality for management.
