Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, respond to general emails inquiries and transfer communications to appropriate internal parties when needed
- Act as point of contact for office guests
- Set up meetings based on the availability of both internal and external stakeholders
- Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
- Alert employees on changes or updates in processes, rules and regulations
- Book travel, submit expense reports and send communications for high-level staff as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma with at least 1 – 2 years of work experience, preferably as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist
- Candidates must have strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Have proven ability to in a fast paced environment with positive and high energy levels
- Be resourceful, creative, detail oriented and able to solve problems
- Familiar with office equipments such as printers, fax machines, projectors etc
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
