PM Renaissance is pleased to announce an exciting opening for the position of Personal Assistant role. As the PA are going to provide administrative support to the Creative Director, assisting with daily tasks, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Main Duties:
- Manage the Creative Director’s calendar by scheduling appointments and sending timely reminders.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and all correspondence promptly
- Make travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
- Assist with event planning and logistics.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Attend client consultations and take notes.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and client proposals
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
- Represent the brand professionally and positively.
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience working as a personal assistant/ admin assistant
- Knowledge of the fashion industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Great interpersonal and time management skills.
