The Airport Women’s Hospital and Fertility Centre is advertising a job offer. The health facility is searching for a a friendly and detail oriented Front Desk Executive to assist with day-to-day activities.

Basic Duties Of A Front Desk Executive:
- Welcome guest warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer or redirect incoming calls
- Manage Calendars and appointments for executives and departments
- Prepare outgoing mails and handle courier services
- Assist with document preparation, filling and photocopying
- Keep the reception area clean and put together
- Maintain record of visitors
Skills, Experience And Education
Candidates must fall within this category of people:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (business administration, communication, psychology and hospitality)
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office tools
- Knowledge of medical terms & hospital systems
(EMR) - Strong organizational and time management skills
- Discreet with handling confidential patient info
- Fluent in English (local language is a plus)
- Prior hospital or front desk experience is an advantage
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends & holidays
- Professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanour
