Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the loading of inventory into supply vans, ensuring optimal space utilization and product safety.
- Verify that items loaded correspond accurately with dispatch notes, invoices, and delivery manifests to prevent errors.
- Monitor the movement of stock in and out of the loading bay, ensuring strict adherence to inventory control procedures.
- Inspect packages for damage or quality issues before loading and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, loading bay, or similar logistics role. (restaurant supply chain is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle physical tasks, and good numeracy
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and coordinate well with driver teams.
Major Functions
- Manage end-to-end warehouse inventory, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to prevent shortages, overstock, or expiries.
- Supervise stores team, including training on inventory systems, safety protocols, and best practices for perishable goods handling.
- Implement inventory control measures, such as FIFO methods, waste reduction, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Generate reports on stock levels, usage trends, and variances; collaborate with procurement, sales, and HR for forecasting and optimization.
Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse/stores management, ideally in food and beverage or FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and MS Office; knowledge of Ghanaian import/export regulations a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving and communication ability
3. IT Hardware Infrastructure Officer
Duties
- Install, monitor and maintain CCTV systems across all branch locations.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot internet routers, modems and switches.
- Provide POS system support, fault diagnosis, repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Configure and maintain biometric attendance devices, ensuring accurate HR data.
- Manage printer fleet, network settings, and supplies.
- Maintain and update self-service kioks for optimal performance.
Qualifications
- HND/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ technical support experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills in CCTV systems and networking hardware.
- Experience with POS and printer hardware support.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
4. Call Center Representative – Warehouse
Main Responsibilities
- Answer calls from Kumasi branches promptly, providing information on inventory receipts, request fulfillment, stock availability, and delivery status.
- Process complaints about inventory discrepancies, returns, and unfulfilled
- Escalate complex inventory issues to warehouse supervisors or relevant departments for resolution.
- Generate daily reports on call volume, complaint resolution rates, and Kumasi branch inventory queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management studies or related field.
- 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Twi; proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and ability to handle high call volumes.
This particular role is located at Tanoso, Ashanti Region.
5. Administrative Assistant – Transport Unit
Your Duties
- Manage transport schedules, driver logs, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Coordinate deliveries, track deliveries, and liaise with branches for timely supply chain operations.
- Handle administrative duties including filing, data entry, correspondence, and reporting on fuel usage and expenses.
- Process transport-related payments, invoices, and requisitions.
- Maintain inventory of transport supplies and assist with compliance documentation (eg, licenses, insurance).
- Support the Transport Manager with scheduling meetings and preparing performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in transport or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and basic knowledge of fleet management software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.
