Open Positions At Denmark Embassy:
- Supporting the Visa Officers in their daily work with administrative tasks
- Daily uploading of visa cases and attaching documents
- Registration of incoming and outgoing visa cases
- Copying, printing and filling of cases and documents Updating statistics and preparing excel lists etc.
- Execution of daily operations related to payment of staff salaries, and expenses related to contracts with vendors, consultants as well as miscellaneous outlays.
- Ensure payroll runs smoothly, staying compliant with tax regulations, and answering any payroll-related questions.
- Handle VAT refund claims, making sure it is accurate and submitted on time.
3. Communications and Cultural Officer
- Monitor local and global news of relevance to the Embassy
- Create a network with Ghanaian journalists and facilitate media sessions, press interviews, etc.
- Manage cultural projects related to music, performance arts, book launches, etc.
- Support organisation of high-level visits and public diplomacy events
