Customer Service Officer
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support/telesales, or related role.
Main Duties:
- Provide accurate information & sell company products and services to customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through approved - communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate technical issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Key Performance Indicators
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
- Response time to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Resolution rate of customer issues.
- Accuracy of customer records and documentation

Marketing Officer
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree/Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3years-5years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities in line with approved marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Create awareness of company products and services through effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Prospect for new customers, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of assigned marketing and sales targets.
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Customer retention and relationship management effectiveness.
- Effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Assistant Transport Officer
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Professional certification in Fleet or Transport Management is an added advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ relevant experience in fleet management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet and transport management & vehicle maintenance planning.
- Driver supervision & fuel management and control.
- Knowledge of Ghana Road Traffic Regulations.
- Budgeting and cost management.
- Vendor and contract management.
Key Performance Indicators
- Fleet availability rate.
- Vehicle downtime.
- Preventive maintenance compliance.
- Transport request response time.
