1. Head, Commercial
- Drive client acquisition and management of existing Commercial client relationships consistent with the Bank’s strategy in order to achieve desired quality of business growth
- Primary responsibility for the management of own portfolio of customers, ensuring that they receive the appropriate level of service and advice to meet their specific needs

4. Internal Control Officer
- Ensure zero (high risk/significant) control issues.
- Ensure reduction in fraud losses.
5. Head Market Risk
- Accountable for the identification and evaluation of market risks exposures inherrent in the business including emerging risks and outlier stress events and scenarios.

6. Legal Officer
To act as the Secretary to the Disciplinary Committee and to keep up to date minutes of proceedings and other related issues
7. ESG Officer
- Conducts environmental and social risk screening and assessment of credits
- Conducts due diligence and drafts action plans for the management of E&S issues
8. Head, Public Sector & Institutional Banking
- Drive client acquisition and management of existing Public sector client relationships consistent with the Bank’s strategy in-order to achieve desired quality business growth.
