Role Overview
In this role, you will support the company’s operations by gathering data from project and service sites and transforming it into clear, accurate, and well-structured reports for both internal use and our clients. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile operational data from project and service sites
- Work closely with site supervisors, technicians, and the operations team to ensure accurate information
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Produce clear, professional, and client-friendly reports
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones, delays, and completion status
- Maintain organized records and reporting documentation
- Ensure all reports are accurate, consistent, and submitted on time
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in a relevant field
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Experience in a technical or project-based environment will be an added advantage.
