Loncha Limited is a Ghanaian owned business that is currently operating in Turkey and Ghana. With the primary goal of enhancing the aesthetics and security of the internal and external environments of real estate and individual housing developments in Ghana and its borders.
There is a new job opening at Loncha. A hardwork and proactive person is needed to occupy the role of Architect.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who can construct clear designs using AutoCAD and Sketch-up. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Managing interior design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a recognized university
- 3 years experience in interior design
- Strong organizational, creative, visualization, and presentation skills
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp & 3Ds Max)
