Role Summary:
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Partner with business functions and HR Business Partners
- Manage the full recruitment process
- Provide expert guidance to hiring managers
- Deliver high-quality hires while ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Execute talent acquisition strategies
- Apply best practices and tools
- Support the Global Youth Initiative within your country/cluster
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Delivery
- Understand hiring needs and align stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end recruitment using standard methodologies
- Source active and passive candidates (directly or with Global Sourcers)
- Ensure high-quality hires and manage recruitment costs
Hiring Manager Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HRBPs
- Provide market insights, data, and hiring strategies
- Use labour market trends and competitor data to guide decisions
- Coach managers on recruitment tools and ensure compliance
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with candidates, especially high-potential talent
- Deliver a consistent and compelling employer value proposition (EVP)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
- Manage rejections professionally and support onboarding insights
Technology & Digital Sourcing
- Use and optimise recruitment systems (ATS/CRM/SF)
- Maintain data quality and reporting
- Leverage social media and digital platforms for sourcing
Global Youth Initiative (GYI)
- Support execution of youth-focused initiatives
- Collaborate with Corporate Communication & Public Affairs (CCPA)
- Drive activities aligned with Nestlé Needs YOUth (NNY) goals
Continuous Improvement
- Improve recruitment processes and practices
- Enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business

What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4–5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with varying hiring needs
- Background in both recruitment agency and in-house Talent Acquisition is preferred
- Ability to coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Strong influencing, networking, and communication skills
- Experience using ATS platforms, social media, and digital sourcing tools
