1. Reservations Officer
The successful candidate will manage all bookings and serve as the first point of contact for clients, including VIP and executive customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at all times. They are looking for someone with a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in reservations, preferably in luxury or executive services. The role involves coordinating bookings, handling inquiries and special requests, maintaining reservation systems, supporting operations, tracking schedules, managing vendors, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
2. Professional Driver
The company is searching for a professional and reliable driver with at least five years of driving experience and a clean record. The ideal candidate should hold a valid DVLA License (Class C or above), have a Senior High School certificate, and be familiar with roads across Ghana, including major tourist destinations. Experience working with high-end hospitality brands such as Kempinski or Mövenpick, and driving in convoys, is a strong advantage. You should be comfortable using smartphones, Google Maps, and basic apps, maintain a positive social media presence, and be willing to pass regular background and medical checks.
3. Sales Assistant
Tutu Luxury is hiring a Sales Assistant in Accra to support client growth and revenue development. The ideal candidate should be someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least three years of direct sales experience. In this role, you will focus on client acquisition, lead conversion, managing the sales pipeline, delivering persuasive sales presentations, negotiating effectively, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

4. Operations Manager
You will oversee smooth operations and ensure top-quality service. The best fit holds a Master’s in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality or high-end services. You will lead process optimization, client retention, team performance, fleet and driver management, and ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
5. Full-stack Developer
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field, with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and frontend frameworks like TypeScript, React, or Next.js. You’ll design, build, and maintain responsive full-stack applications, integrate APIs and cloud services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability in all projects.
6. Data Engineer
The right Data Engineer should hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, with strong Python skills and experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming data systems, and working with SQL/NoSQL databases. You’ll design and maintain robust data pipelines, integrate AI and OCR outputs, collaborate with developers, and ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality data for all applications.
