Fan Milk PLC is recruiting for two permanent, full-time vacancies in Accra, Ghana: Capex Project Engineer and Logistics Operations Manager. Both jobs are on-site and require candidates with relevant industry experience.
Vacancies Available at Fan Milk
The incumbent will help Fan Milk plan, manage and monitor capital expenditure projects. The role also involves working closely with plant teams and suppliers, keeping projects within budget and improving how projects are delivered.
Candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or a relevant professional certification
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in FMCG
- 5–10 years of experience in budget management, Capex or financial controlling
- Good presentation, communication and data analysis skills
- The ability to work effectively with plant teams and suppliers
The position reports to the Engineering & Project Manager – West Africa.
2. Logistics Operations Manager
The company is also looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee distribution and logistics operations. The person in this role will help improve performance, support business continuity and take the lead on logistics projects and operational improvements.
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, transport or supply-chain operations
- Experience in FMCG, food, beverages or another high-volume distribution environment
- Strong operational leadership and project management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- A postgraduate qualification or professional supply-chain certification is an added advantage.
The position reports to the Head of Logistics – GH & Francos.
