Christie Brown, a well-known luxury fashion brand based in Ghana, is advertising a new job opening. The service of a diligent, dedicated and hardworking person is needed for the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Main Tasks:
Strategic support & business acumen
- Understand CEO’s priorities, translate business needs into actionable schedules, follow-ups, and structured workflows.
Organizational excellence
- Strong calendar and priority management, ensuring the CEO’s time is aligned with strategic imperatives.
- Coordination across multiple stakeholders (internal and external) seamlessly.
- Project management skills to track initiatives and hold follow-ups accountable
Communication mastery
- Excellent written and verbal communication-capable of drafting clear, concise, and brand-appropriate correspondence.
- Ability to filter, summarize, and present information for executive-level decision-making
Luxury fashion & brand sensitivity
- Ability to represent the CEO and the brand with polish in high level interactions.
- Strong interpersonal presence when liaising with industry stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Tech & digital fluency
- Comfortable with digital tools for scheduling, reporting, analytics, and virtual collaboration.
- Ability to leverage tech platforms (CRM, productivity tools, digital archives to optimize workflows.
Forward thinking & anticipatory mindset
- Not just reactive, but proactive in identifying what the CEO will need ahead of time. Capacity to see around corners anticipating risks, gaps, or opportunities before they become urgent.
Resilience, integrity & emotional intelligence
- Strong emotional intelligence to manage high-pressure situations, adapt quickly, and remain composed.
- Ability to build trusted relationships while balancing firmness and tact.
Project Management
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects events, and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes. Monitor project timelines, track progress, and provide regular updates to the executives, identifying potential issues or risks.
Your Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, fashion management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant softwares.
- A good understanding of the industry’s trends and dynamics
