Objective of the NTE Role:
To augment the operational capability of the Seatec team to provide effective, authentic, high quality and reliable services to the company’s esteemed customer base by:
- Assisting team leaders to find, test and launch innovative digital technology solutions in answer to demonstrated customer needs.
- Contributing to the full and thorough implementation of respective solutions according to customers’ requirements and to their satisfaction.
- Contributing directly to the company’s revenue generation efforts by participating in lead generation and sales acquisition activities
Qualification & Experience:
- University Degree in Telecom Engineering or Information Technology,
- At least 2 years relevant experience in working in the ICT space, deploying and supporting ICT solutions for customers
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Networking certification

Note: Company activities span the whole of Ghana and the job includes travelling as and when required to some areas outside Accra/Tema.
