  3. training and monitoring performance,
  4. employee relations,
  5. health and safety and relevant functions of the company for improved productivity and customer satisfaction.

  2. on boarding and separations,
  3. employment checks, orientation,
  4. mandatory/other training,
  5. probationary period review,
  6. performance and development review,
  7. employee leave administration,
  8. flexible working requests and the evaluation of training,
  9. providing appropriate support and coaching to all management to ensure full compliance with policies and procedures.

Preferred Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills :

Supervisory, Responsibility

This job requires supervisory responsibilities including but not limited to the assignment of :

  1. task,
  2. performance evaluation,
  3. ensuring productivity,
  4. resolving complaints,

and any other responsibility that ensures that the office management team functions effectively.
