- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
- Patrolling premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitoring and authorizing entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
- Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues

- Notify supervisor of assigned vehicles insurance renewal, roadworthy license
- Ensures that the assigned vehicle is kept clean
- Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered
- Ensure materials are appropriately stored
- Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date
- Ensure all tools and equipment needed in the vehicle are available e.g. fire extinguisher
