Available Positions:
1. Front Desk Officer
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional reception experience while supporting administrative and communication functions. Applicants should possess a degree and at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Customer Relationship Executive
This role focuses on managing relationships with enterprise customers, improving customer satisfaction, supporting retention initiatives, and assisting with business growth. Candidates should have a degree and 2–3 years of experience in customer relationship management or B2B engagement.
3. MFS Performance Analyst
The analyst will monitor Mobile Financial Services (MFS) performance, generate business insights, track key performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making. Applicants should have a quantitative or business-related degree and strong analytical skills.
4. Retail Shop Executive
The role involves delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer concerns, supporting retail operations, and ensuring compliance with customer experience standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and experience in retail operations.
5. Regional Sales Manager
This leadership position is responsible for driving customer acquisition, sales growth, distribution performance, and regional commercial strategy. Applicants should have extensive experience in sales and distribution, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
