JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of the Administrator – Learning Management System is to administer and provide support for the Learning Management System as well as course material creation for all the related Perenti Business globally.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- MyOSH Administration
- Create new accounts.
- Modify and edit accounts.
- Create competencies.
- Create qualifications.
- Troubleshoot general user issues.
- Fix login issues.
- Course Development
- Design courses for classroom presentation.
- Modify existing classroom presentation materials.
- Develop SCORM based courses using Articulate 360.
- Modify existing SCORM based courses using Lectora.
- Convert existing Lectora created SCORM based courses using Articulate 360.
- Create or modify graphics for both classroom and
- SCORM based course materials.
- LMS Administration
- Test out correct synchronization of MYOSH and Scodle
- Load SCORM courses into Scodle.
- Ensure right SCORM course modules are accessible in various Repositories.
- Provide UX assistance to users with issues.
- Troubleshoot general issues.
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Arts / Professional qualification in LMS or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience using training systems and authoring tools after acquisition of relevant education/certification
- At least 3 years of experience in the mining industry
- Demonstrate an understanding of work-related health and safety standards.
- Must be fluent in the English language.
- Technical & Generic Skills
- Fair knowledge of the MYOSH system
- Knowledge of Articulate 360 Suite and its related taxonomies.
- Good knowledge of SCORM and it’s related standards.
- Basic understanding of Lectora Inspire.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Fit for work
- Willing to travel.
- Ability to work in adverse conditions.
- Prepare to work outside the nominated hours of work if reasonably called upon to do so.
Location: Accra, Ghana
Job Type: Fixed Term (2yrs) -Renewable
Gross Annual Salary: US$ 17,448- US$ 23,160
