Applications for the Genser Energy Graduate Programme for the 2026 cohort are now open. Successful applicants will receive world-class training designed to prepare them for successful corporate careers. The programme combines both technical knowledge and essential soft skills. This will ensure that participants are well-rounded and ready for the professional environment.

After completing the training, participants are placed as Graduate Trainees with Genser Energy Ghana, where they gain practical, hands-on industry experience and actively contribute to meaningful energy projects.
