2024 Public Sector Fellowship programme

Entries for the Public Sector Fellowship programme of the Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana (EPL Ghana) are now open from March 11, 2024.

The EPL Ghana Public Sector Fellowship is a unique one-year professional development program for high-achieving young graduates who have demonstrated a clear interest in and commitment to transforming the public sector and policy-influencing organizations.

Eligibility:

• Ghanaian nationals with no criminal history
• Completion of National Service (NSS) at the time of application
• Not exceed 32 years of age at the time of application
• Demonstrate commitment to the wider Public Sector work and leadership potential
• Proven track record of community involvement and a passion to serve Ghana
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a professional working environment

Additional Requirements:

   2. NSS Certificate / ID
   3. CV (Strictly 2 pages or less)
   4. Copy of Ghana Card / Bio Page of Passport
